Welcome to Kothi Pushkar. By browsing this website, placing a reservation, or using any of our hotel and tour services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms, conditions, and operational policies.

1. Booking & Reservation Confirmation

  • Reservations can be requested via our official website, direct call, email, or authorized booking channels.
  • A reservation is confirmed only upon receipt of the requisite advance deposit or full payment as specified at the time of booking.
  • The management reserves the right to decline or cancel a booking in case of invalid payment details or unforeseen operational constraints.

2. Check-In & Check-Out Policies

  • Standard Check-in Time: 12:00 PM (Noon).
  • Standard Check-out Time: 10:00 AM.
  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to room availability and may incur additional charges.
  • Mandatory Identification: As per Government of India directives, all adult guests (Indian and foreign nationals) must present valid government-issued photo identification (Aadhaar Card, Passport, Driving License, or Voter ID) along with a valid visa (for foreign nationals) at check-in. PAN cards are not accepted as identity proof.

3. Tariffs & Payment Terms

  • Room rates, tour tariffs, and meal packages are subject to applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) as mandated by statutory authorities.
  • All pending room bills, additional meal orders, laundry, or sightseeing expenses must be settled in full prior to departure.
  • Payments may be completed through accepted online gateways (UPI, net banking, debit/credit cards) or in cash within legal statutory limits.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations requested 7 days or more prior to the scheduled check-in date are eligible for an 80% refund (20% retained towards handling charges).
  • Cancellations made between 3 to 6 days prior to arrival will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival or non-arrivals (No-shows) will result in forfeiture of the entire booking advance.
  • Peak Season & Festival Bookings: Bookings during Pushkar Camel Fair, New Year, Diwali, and declared festive peaks are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.

5. Guest Conduct & Property Guidelines

  • Guests are expected to maintain peace and decorum, respecting the tranquility of the heritage town of Pushkar and other residents on property.
  • Illegal substances, firearms, hazardous materials, and unregistered overnight visitors are strictly prohibited on the premises.
  • Any damage caused to hotel property, furniture, linen, or electronic fixtures during the stay will be charged directly to the responsible guest before check-out.

6. Pushkar Sightseeing & Tour Packages

  • Sightseeing itineraries, desert safaris, and transport services are scheduled according to local seasonal availability and traffic conditions.
  • Kothi Pushkar acts as a facilitator for sightseeing services; we are not liable for temple closures, event rescheduling, or weather-induced disruptions beyond our direct control.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Guests are requested to secure their valuables, electronic devices, and cash in their rooms. The management does not accept liability for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
  • The resort shall not be held liable for failure to deliver reserved services due to events of Force Majeure, including natural disasters, governmental restrictions, power grid outages, or civic strikes.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ajmer, Rajasthan.
